Cameo Lockdown Kollektion

Leila

  • Schaut Sex Education. Warum, könnt ihr hier lesen.

  • It's the perfect time to grow your hair and beard and overcome the ugly transition period secretly. After the retreat you will shine like new.
  • Get shaved, wash yourself: if you look fit, you will feel fit. Pay the shower a visit in these lonely times.
  • Re-discover your building's rooftop and balcony. Is like your backyard, but some feet about eath.
  • Clean your windows. That thick layer of dirt won't let the light pass through.
  • Stay informed, but don't over-inform yourself. You are not a live-ticker.

Jakob

Also die z.
  • Zeichne mal was: setz dich hin, such dir ein Motiv: z.
  • Verschicke digitale Postkarten an deine Freund*innen
  • Wasch mal deine Make-Up Pinsel

  • Try to hold on to your daily routine, especially in the morning
When you're working from home: plan your breakes and try to experience those as such (e.g. put your laptop away, change the location and what you where doing, e.g. listen to a podcast, do some stretchings, etc.)
  • When you're writing a weekly plan (in general or of to do's), don't try to put too much in at once or what you would consider the "normal amount". this is not a normal situation. it is okay to feel less energized and unorganized. you don't need to accomplish everything (at once). Plan additional breakes and set milestones on top of the little steps to reach your goal.
  • Make the weekends off!
  • Treat yourself to a nice dinner date, a bath, live stream of a musical performance or whatever you enjoy but not just with friends and loved ones but also solely for yourself. take some time off and design it as such, e.g. freshing up, putting on different clothes, etc.
  • Netflix party rules :) but you can also combine it with a phone call or put the videochat window over the chat function if you'd like to see your film partner while watching (pro tip: wear headphones or the sound might be an odd mix of both speakers. also, you can change the volume settings on zoom/skype/whatever so you don't feel like you're beeing yelled)
  • Share your experiences and emotions with others who are close to you. even if you might feel that this is repetitive please don't let them boil up and unnessessary stress yourself
  • When you have trouble focussing while working, organise yourself work pals or break pals! e.g. put them on videochat and position them next to you if that is possible or a smaller window. this way you have more social interaction office-style but also don't get as easily distracted by your own doing :)
  • Play online quarantine board games :) Especially this.
